How to Request Data Deletion

Klienz is committed to protecting your privacy. If you wish to have your data deleted from our platform, you can do so through any of the following methods:

Option 1: Contact Us Directly

Send an email to emmanuel-marrero@hotmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your account
  • Your phone number (if applicable)
  • A brief description of what data you want deleted

Option 2: Through Your Account

If you have an active Klienz account, you can request data deletion by contacting your account administrator or reaching out to our support team.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will remove:

  • Your personal account information (name, email, phone number)
  • Message history and conversation data
  • CRM contact records associated with your account
  • Any media files shared through the platform
  • Usage logs and analytics data linked to your account

Processing Time

Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation once the deletion is complete.

Data We May Retain

Certain data may be retained for a limited period as required by law, including:

  • Transaction and billing records (as required by tax regulations)
  • Data necessary for legal compliance or dispute resolution

Meta / WhatsApp Data

If you connected your WhatsApp Business account through Meta, please note that data stored directly by Meta is subject to Meta's Privacy Policy. To manage data held by Meta, visit your Facebook Settings.
